Kurt Schmidt, CPA, MBA, is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agendia and joined the Company in 2008 with 25 years of financial, operational and entrepreneurial management experience in the US and European high tech and healthcare industries. Mr. Schmidt has been with the Company in the role of CFO since 2008. |

Prof. Dr. René Bernards is Chief Scientific Officer of Agendia and also a co-founder of the Company. René has a 30-year track record in oncology research, with more than 150 published papers in peer-reviewed journals. He is the Head of Division of Molecular Carcinogenesis of the Netherlands Cancer Institute, professor of Molecular Carcinogenesis at Utrecht University and member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). In addition René is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Gilde Healthcare fund.

Prof. Dr. Laura van ’t Veer is Chief Research Officer of Agendia and a co-founder of the Company. Laura has a 20-year track record in molecular oncology research with more than 100 published papers. In 2010, Laura was appointed to the prestigious position of professor of Laboratory Medicine and Director of Applied Genomics at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and is currently head of the Netherlands Cancer Insitiue (NKI) DNA-diagnostic laboratory and a staff member in the Department of Molecular Pathology. |

David Macdonald is Chief Operating Officer of Agendia and has more than 25 years of international experience developing and commercialising clinical diagnostics and laboratory services. Formerly a Vice President at Quest Diagnostics, Mr. Macdonald has been in CEO and COO roles for the past 18 years. Mr. Macdonald has been with the Company since April 2010. |

Mark Willig is Executive Vice President of Sales, North America and has over 25 years of experience in key executive leadership roles in healthcare with a specific focus on the biotech and diagnostic industries. Mark most recently held the position of General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer at OncoTech Inc. Previously he was the first commercial leader at Myriad Genetics. |

Douglas Bradley is Vice President of Global Marketing at Agendia and has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles with medical device companies ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging technology in more than 60 markets worldwide. Most recently he held the position of Vice President of Marketing with Vertos Medical, a privately held medical device company and prior to that he was the head of marketing at SenoRx. |

Bas van der Baan is Vice President Sales & Marketing EU/ROW at Agendia and joined the Company shortly after its founding in 2003. Bas holds a degree in molecular sciences and has 15 years experience in commercial positions at Unilever and biotech start-ups. |

Guido Brink is Vice President Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance and joined the Company in 2003. He has 20 years experience in the oncology field and an extensive background in quality assurance systems in the field of molecular diagnostics. Prior to joining the Company, Guido spent 12 years at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) where he, as member of the team of co-founder of the Company, Laura van't Veer, supervised the development of biotechnology quality control systems. |
