Agendia recognizes the benefits of social media like blogs, wikis, social networks (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and welcomes it use as a way of communicating, interacting and doing business.  Social media’s high speed, level of interactivity and global access to information we or you publish merits particular consideration to the appropriate uses for these applications.  Agendia has the responsibility to effectively manage the company’s reputation online and to selectively engage and participate in the hundreds of online conversations that mention us every day.  You should not construe Agendia’s lack of participation in an online conversation as an endorsement by Agendia of the views expressed therein, or any warranty or guarantee of any strategy, recommendation, treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation made by the author of the content.  Agendia reserves the right to delete, hide, or restrict content, in whole or in part, submitted to social media networks that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, in violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights, in violation of our General Terms of Service or for any other reason.
