We are committed to supporting patients and their physicians every step of the way, from placing an order to navigating coverage and payments.
For patients in the US:
If you have insurance, we’ll bill the insurance provider directly. Based on the benefit level, the insurance company may choose to pay some or all of the cost of the tests we run. You may be responsible for any co-insurance, co-pay, or deductible expenditure in accordance with the health insurance plan. However, we’re dedicated to working with patients and their insurance providers to do all we can to help maximize your coverage.
MammaPrint is also reimbursed by a number of national health insurance services including Medicare and many other health plans in the US and Puerto Rico.
If, as a US patient, you have no insurance, or your health plan doesn’t cover Agendia tests, you may be eligible for one of our financial support programs.
For patients outside of the US:
MammaPrint and BluePrint are covered by selected public healthcare systems across the world. These include several in Europe.

Agendia offers comprehensive financial support to all eligible US patients and their families who encounter difficulties in affording the precision answers we deliver.
We have four programs to help reduce out-of-pocket costs:
